Aerosmith - Greatest Hits

Now thats more like it! back when they wee still taking more drugs that Pete Doherty and Shaun Ryder combined, Aerosmith were a great bluesy rock and roll band. then in the 80's they cleaned up and started writing turgid, soulless ballads with that chick out of "Clueless" in all the videos... Luckily this greatest hits album was released in 1980, so they were still off their faces and writing things like "Sweet Emotion" rather than "Cryin"... This album's got the original (Pre Run DMC) version of "Walk This Way", "Sweet Emotion", "Dream On" (you kids'll know it as the one Eminem sampled on "Sing For The Moment") and a couple of fairly pointless but inoffensive covers stuck on the end. It's all over in less than 40 minutes but feels even shorter as it's so much fun to listen to!

For me I think the standout track is "Draw The Line", I was going to post the studio versionbut then i found this great live version on youtube from before Steven Tyler had an old ladies face...
